Joomla website running very slowly.

The reason is: too long SQL queries/database issues.
I need someone to recode things so the queries are answered much much quicker.
There may also be other reasons why the site is taking a while to load.
Currently the page is taking around 7 second to load.
I want the page to load instantly.
Experienced coder required, with good reviews.
This job may take a few hours.
